These Terms of Service govern your use of VibeScan.us (the "Service"), operated by Three.group. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
VibeScan.us runs automated, passive, read-only scans against publicly accessible URLs you submit, covering security configuration, SEO, AI-answer-engine visibility, and related site health signals. We do not modify, upload to, or write anything to the sites we scan.
You may scan any publicly accessible URL for informational purposes. Running scans against a site does not grant you any rights to that site's content. If a check requires an ownership attestation, you confirm you have the authority to request it. You agree not to use the Service to circumvent another party's security controls, to scan sites at a rate intended to disrupt them, or to use scan results to facilitate unauthorized access to any system.
Creating an account lets you save scans, unlock full findings and fix prompts, and access continuous monitoring depending on your plan. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout before you commit to a plan. We do not store your payment details.
Scan results are provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no guarantee that a clean scan means a site is free of security, SEO, or AI-visibility issues, or that our checks cover every possible issue. Always exercise your own judgment before acting on scan results in a production environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three.group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from actions taken based on scan results.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
